this, we use some diagnostic
tools that help show the
current status of risk
management and how it
relates to the governance
structures. This includes
exploring with clients their
short-, medium- and
long-term objectives. It can
also include
assessing major risks
that could impact on these
objectives and the key
controls that are or should
be in place.
We also
work with top management and
boards to help show how the
actual culture can be
aligned with the required
culture.
One
outcome of such projects may
be the development of
updating of the organisation
risk
management framework.
